CustomPackDepot was founded by Robin. Robin was a software engineer and developed Orderpin, a POS software serving restaurants and small businesses across the U.S.

After years of working closely with restaurant owners, Robin noticed that many small businesses wanted to improve their packaging and branding, but traditional custom packaging suppliers often required high minimum orders, complicated processes, and expensive setup costs.

To solve this problem, we created CustomPackDepot — an online platform focused on making custom packaging more accessible, affordable, and easier for small businesses.

Today, CustomPackDepot helps restaurants, cafés, bakeries, liquor stores, and growing local businesses create professional custom packaging with flexible low-MOQ options, design support, and reliable production solutions.
