Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline

Here’s our complete fulfillment timeline, from design confirmation to delivery.

For A Formal Order

1. Production

7–9 calendar days, starting from the date you confirm the design via email. (Based on a white base bag with 1 ink color. Other bag colors or additional ink colors may require additional production time, up to 18 calendar days total.)

We’ll email you real photos of your finished bags once production is complete.

2. Ocean Freight Shipping

(From offshore to the US)

20–25 calendar days, starting after production is completed.

Once the ship departs, we’ll email you the vessel number so you can track your shipment on VesselFinder.

3. Domestic Shipping

Approximately 5 days via UPS or FedEx (Carrier randomly used by a logistics company).

We’ll email you the tracking number once your package is handed over to the domestic carrier.

For A Sample Kit Order

Production: Our team will begin sample production within 2 business days.

Shipping: 3–5 business days. Your sample kit will be shipped, and we'll email you a tracking number once it's on its way.

Please note: The total timeline may be affected by force majeure events, including but not limited to customs delays, port congestion, and severe weather.
